Why cant we have smaller bezels and thinner phones?

Check out the Sony Xperia Ray, it's very small, has a 1 Ghz Qualcomm 8255, with a 297ppi 854x480 3.3" display that supposedly looks phenomenal. It got an upgrade to ICS like all 2011 Sony devices. Same 8.1 Mp Exmor camera as the Arc.

Should I build around a XFX 5870

Building a brand new gaming desktop

If you're going to spend $90 on a 500gb hard drive, get a 64-128gb ssd instead and buy a hard drive for bulk storage once prices come down in six months.

Heck, I was curious: Opteron 165 @ 2.2 w/ GTX 460 SE 1GB 3dMark score is in!!!!

Heh, had to buy a new psu for it so I picked up a Seasonic X-560 on sale for $106. Figure it will do me well when I upgrade.

Why Evga rocks!!!... replaced my 7900GTO with a 9800GTX+!

Well, theoretically EVGA does warranty the cards for life (indefinately) in North America (by law only 10 years in Europe). I suppose that most cards do not fail, and/or most people get a new card or upgrade before failure, or just plain forget that they have lifetime warranty. You do have to...

upgraded cpu, booted up fine, now windows xp will not load

Btw, windows installed something like what looked like a cpu driver. ACPI processor blah blah blah... Only one core was visible in cpuid and i figured it just needed a restart to recognize the two cores and all would be fine.

upgraded cpu, booted up fine, now windows xp will not load

I tried the windows repair and the same thing keeps happening. Swapped out the video card, no difference. Will try the ram stick by stick. It posts fine every time, and cpu temps are hovering around 34C. Aghhh so bizarre.
