Or the previous employees know the writing is on the wall, many left for greener pastures but until it is final that dgpus get axed, the positions need to be filled again.
Probably rather difficult to fill them now to be frank, who would risk it?
Thats because the 4060 Ti actually regressed vs the 3060 TI in some games. so the better results should be compared vs a 3060 Ti and then you realize just how much the 5060 Ti sucks compared to a 5 year old card.
true and in a corporate setting you don't have a choice. if you are lucky you can choose from 2-3 different models (from the same OEM) but thats about were it ends. had to get a new one last year. no amd option and the intel options where limited to slower U variants only.
I have waited a very long time already but then I also don't really necessarily need the 9070 xt. right now it seems prices are coming down, I could get a 9070 for $680. cheapest somewhat available 9070 xt are at least $130 more. this is with VAT. MSRP with VAT here for a 9070 would be $600 so...
Yeah volume was certainly too low. I'm debating if I should get a 9070 now which here seem to be sometimes in stock but not at great price or simply wait 2 months and get a 9070 xt probably for that same price I can get a 9070 now and be able to choose which model not just the one that happens...
This the amount of cards made available here that sold out within about 10 min. cheapest 5070 was aprox 625€ incl VAT (much lower here so the price is pretty much only due to lower VAT). Interesting that 5070s had mus less stock than 5080.

it looks like a lot but if one would count boxes I guess it would still be less than 100 for sure probably barley 50.
Shop here had a shipment of NV and AMD. more for NV really but it's also more models. NV sold within minutes except 1 model, AMD within a couple hours expect one overpriced xt,
Is there an overview of models and which ones are the best / which ones have some issues?
I especially care about length as anything over aprox 29cm would mean I need a new case on top...
Could't catch up here but reporting from europe. Availability just as shitty as NV. Everything sold out in minutes.
Prices is a joke. Incl vat it is $850, and that with a very low vat of 8% not the usual 20%. So about $200 more costly than it should be. How are US prices?
In the end I will...
So true. The 9070 has something going for it, the lower wattage leading to smaller designs but at just $50 less? not worth it. if they can't or don't want to do $499 they could at least do $529 so it's cheaper than a 5070 and a bigger difference to the XT. and if your msrp budget is $500 you...
