Win2K and CDRW

I used a Win98 boot disk. My file system is FAT32.

Win2K and CDRW

I just noticed today that Win2K can no longer see my Memorex CDRW-1622 drive. It was working fine yesterday but now it is gone. I can still read CDs while in DOS so I know it still works. Does anybody have an idea of what could of happened or how to fix this? Thanks in advance...

Anyone know the fix for Sandra in Win2K?

I had the same problem. Sandra would only get to the splash screen and then hang. I found out by accident that it was my printer (HP Officejet G55) software that was causing the problem. The software would load at start and for some reason Sandra did not like it. So maybe you have some...

Overclocking Duron 800 and need help

Well guys thanks for the help. I took the CPU back and they replaced it and now I am running at 1000Mhz =) It seems the other CPU was defective to begin with. I did run it for a little while at the default speed before I O/C it. Well now I am HAPPY!!!

Overclocking Duron 800 and need help

I just bought a Duron 800 and a Abit KT7A and tried the connect the dots trick to OC it. I bought the Circuitworks conductive pen and bridged the gaps but now my computer will not boot. When I power it on it stays up for about 5 seconds and then it just turns off. It never posts so I can't...

Got a Radeon today.. but glitchy graphics?

Hey MacrossPlus I just got the 64DDR too and in WinME it runs the Mad Onion benchmark just fine but under Win2K it has alot of glitches. Are you useing 2K or ME/9x? I read somewhere that the 2K drivers aren't that great yet. Just a thought.

I am extreamly new to networking so please be patient. I finally got my 2 computers networked but only the win2k box can browse the 98 box. If I try to access the win2k from the 98 network neighborhood it asks for a password. I have no idea what password to give it. I tried the admin password...
