so i bought two Edit I went to the Manhattan Beach store I wanted 2 cases one silver one black Manhattan Beach only had silver. When I opened it I discovered a p182. P182 has fan controls on the outside of the case, cut outs on the motherboard tray to route the cables behind the motherboard...

E6300 plus MOBO for $150 at Fry's

frys has the e6400 with ecs mb for $179 not a bad deal, doesnt specify if bare or not so should be boxed. Frys in manahattan beach are claiming oem though. anyone know about the other frys in socal?

wgoldfarb i cut a slot on the motherboard tray so its running inbetween the side panel and the mbtray. It was plenty long enough. http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=37&threadid=1986601&enterthread=y cyc in this link has same case with same board as you. I got the vut...

WOW IM SO DUMB, i forgot to instal the uaa driver that was on the cd that came with the motherboard. I had the driver the whole time never realized it till now. Thanks for the suggestions guys

I dont have a sound card, but heres the error code details it gives me in device manager: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_284B&SUBSYS_A0021458&REV_02\3&13C0B0C5&0&D8 I did a google search and found it was for high def audio, so i guess i need to find the correct driver for it.
