Not if you have a FL close by - you can go to the local store and make your order there. That way, shipping is free, but you still have to pay tax. Your stuff is delivered to your address, not the store, so there isn't any pick-up hassle either.
I booted up my computer, got the Automatic Update icon saying I have SP2 to download. I click it to download, the icon goes away and never comes back.

Note that the extra 10% for 3+ pairs of shoes is B&M only. Since that says it isn't good for catalog purchases, I don't think it'll be good for ordering something in store - meaning the 3+ pairs of shoes must be in stock B&M.
As far as running/track and field stuff goes, Eastbay has way more than Foot Locker (despite sharing the same warehouse...), so I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
