Panaflo 80mm 21db - $3.19 or 10/$26.50

I just got this fan 80mm from case-mod.com rated : 23.5db and 33CFM and it is a led fan. It is really quiet too, you have to put your ear next to the fan to hear it. I haven't try out the panaflo yet but do you have to put your ear next to it to hear the fan spin..
