Stand alone media player to read external hard drive?

Went to vote this morning before work

I went this morning as well (Lake County, OH) and was in and out in < 45 minutes. However, I got there around 7:50, the office was supposed to open at 8 but it was apparent they had opened earlier. By the time I left, the line was easily 3x as long as when I got there. My wife didn't vote...

Should an integrated nvidia 6150 support 1600x1200 under Vista Aero?

UPDATE: I think I fixed it! It occurred to me that I had originally let Vista install drivers for EVERYTHING, including all the NVidia motherboard components. So here's what I did: Removed TDR-related values from the registry (they weren't helping me) Uninstalled video driver Rebooted...

Thanks for the replies, guys. I got some suggestions from the NVidia forums to check my RAM voltage and to check for remnants of a bad driver distributed via Windows Update. I'll check those things when I get home tonight and see what happens. I appreciate knowing that it should be possible...

Core 2 Duo processor only showing 1 CPU in Task Manager

It's in the root of the boot drive, in my case "C:\". However by default it's read-only and hidden, so you need to make sure Explorer is set to show those files, and remove the read-only attribute before trying to edit it. -Brett.

All, Got a new laptop at work. It's a Dell D620 with an Intel T7200 Core 2 Duo processor. The BIOS shows it's a dual core and that dual core is enabled. I downloaded the Intel Processor ID program, and that shows two CPUs, both running at 2.0 GHz with 4 MB of L2 cache. Everything looks like...
