Will this psu work with this setup?

You should be fine, I've been running stable for two years with a Tagan 480W powering an A64 3700+, Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, two HDDs, one ODD, 6800GT, 2x512MB RAM The PSU looks to have the same compatibility (20+4pin ATX connector), PCI Express and SATA connectors, nice at $49.99

I have emule and utorrent set to open at startup, problem is they both load before the LAN driver has loaded. So the programs both sit there confused looking for the connection. When the LAN finally intialises emule and utorrent need a poking to realise. How can I adjust the ordering to make...

Laptop LCD knowledge required!

There is standardisation, the 14-pin connector in particular is old and I have found LCD's from different manufacturer's with the same connector. Anyone with experience on working with laptop LCD's chip in?

My laptop needs a new LCD, the previous LCD connected via a 14-pin connector, and what looks like a 2-pin power connector. I'm having a problem at the moment because 14-pin LCD's are hard to find, all the modern LCD's are 20 or 30-pin. Is there a cable I can get to convert my 14-pin connector...

Thanks for your respones, I ditched that install and started again. Repairing the install wasn't successful. I'm sure it wasn't malware/viruses because the first things I install are antivirus/spybot/spywareblaster and I run weekly/monthly scans in Task Scheduler. I think I caused this...

Window Media Player interface is broken

Audigy 2 problem (weird/erratic)

Sometimes when I start windows my Audigy 2 ZS isn't recognised properly, the device manager looks like this: http://img52.imageshack.us/my.php?image=audigyproblem5hv.jpg If I try to "install" the drivers, it will sit on the "searching for driver" dialogue. Rebooting cures the problem...

No problems detected, did a proper boot-time chkdsk /f /r The only thing I can think of is to reinstall the core windows files, booting from the XP CD and running the recovery programs.

Every file I download gets "corrupted"

Seems like the Nvidia LAN was the culprit, thanks Malak for the suggestion. I'll look into re-installing/rolling back drivers for the and see if that solves the problem for the Nvidia LAN.

Every file I download gets "corrupted"

No browsing issues, I'm using Nvidia's onboard Gigabit LAN which I think comes as standard on the Nforce4 SLI boards. I'll try the Marvell LAN, see if that solves the problem. (This model has dual gigabit LAN onboard).
