384mb 8800gs vs 1gb GTS450

Hello, I would do what I did and purchase a GTX 460 factory OC'd by Gigabyte, well whatever brand you prefer that is... I went from a 8800 to a 9800 with no difference, then I upgraded everything and your system is close to what I upgraded to except I purchased the 460 and honestly this...

GTX 460 - still a good midrange?

Hello, Im using the Gigabyte GTX 460 factory OC'd version and it honestly rips through any game I have thrown at it... 200 bucks is a good mid way price and I wasnt wanting to spend more then that so I got exactly what I wanted and thne some IMO... BBB

Please help with error I received...

Bros, The error stated "display drivers stopped responding and recovered" and this kicked me out of a game and it seems its only this 1 game, I hope anyway... The game is Titan quest Imortal throne... system is: i5 2500k Intel Mobo vid card GTX 460 factory OC'd from Gigabyte 8 gig Ram...

How much more performance will $500.00 get me?

Bro, I had an E6600 C2D, orgionally 8800GTS (later went out so went back with 9800GTS), 2 Gig Ram, 250 gig HD 7200 RPM, EVGA Nforce 680i Mobo and it played similar to what you are saying yours is like... Everything you have is better then what I have so maybe you can get by with a video...

Why aren't Sandy Bridge CPUs discounted?

Yeah otherwise why would you purchase it unless it was close in price to the "still being proven" Sandy Bridges... I just dont see how you could call it a killer when it honestly is so close performance... Im still excited with my I5 2500k... BBB

Intel tick tock good for AMD?

Because this market isnt the same as it use to be, I myself was a daytrader through all the new internet boom stocks and I made thousands and I lost thousands... News like this does NOT do well for its stock unless its more solid of a company then most, and who knows maybe Intel is... I was just...

Will Mini HDMI cables work with your PC?

Bros, I think my problem might have had something to do with not have the driver installed yet as I was just installing Win 7 to this new system... I think if I try to use it now after everything installed the HDMI cable will work.. Im going to give it a try and see if now that the drivers...
