Problem booting from win2k CD

I installed W2K Pro in the first partician, then XP RC-1 in the second, I wanted to boot and re-install W2K however XP would not allow the boot from CD, I deleted XP Partician ie XP and now it boots on startup. In my opinion, these two OS's do not work well on the same harddrive or I seemed to...

Side by Side Assemblies Failed-XP

Attempting to install xp trial, second time, installed a program hoping it would be compatible, no good. So wiped drive and started over, however I continue to get, Install of side by side assemblies failed, fatal error, it stops and reboots, restore will not work. Still have 160 days left...
