Or you can buy a controller with the wireless receiver - Amazon Link They have this for $40 every week or so, which is the same as the regular wireless controller.

Just FYI... Cat 8.5's are out

The new drivers also have overscan enabled by default if an HDTV is detected. It took me a while to figure out why my 1360x768 resolution was only taking up 85% of my screen.

SLI on non nvidia chipset drivers, can u help these guyz undertaking this project ?

It's definately unlicensed, but should be possible. Unless there's encyption involved I don't think it'd be illegal. I'm suprised that this hasn't been done already, ULi released a patch to enable SLI on their boards more than 2 years ago now. Link.

What is the least expensive half-height PCI-E card that can control 4 monitors?

Depending on your exact system, you could get a half-height x1300 from Dell and then a pair of dual head2go's or a single triple head2go. I'm not sure if the x1300 could drive the triplehead2go as it'd need to output 3840x1024 to drive 3x 17 or 19 inch lcds, but it should handle 2560x1024 on...

2008 FORMULA 1 ING AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX

Personally, I can't stand the speed commentators. They did a decent job of the US grand prix last year when I think they were at the track, but not being there really hurts them. I watched the itv coverage of the race yesterday, and the commentators being able to hear the cars as they go down...

Having trouble centering desktop on widescreen...

You've got a 720p TV set judging by that native resolution. Sending it a 1080i signal might be what's causing you problems.

WD 250 GB, SATAII: $80, PATA: $70

I still see the sata drive for $80. Not bad, but I got an oem one w/ 3 yr warranty for $90 shipped from the egg last week. PATA is $140 and only 8MB buffer.
