Uh.. that's not true at all.. you may want it to be true, but it's not.
In this particular case, it's probably not illegal to deny her a promotion since I don't think being pregnant is in any way considered protected.
I don't really get the hype. We have a Chipotle, a Qdoba, and a taco bell within a few blocks of each other. Qdoba is the best of the 3, followed closely by chipotle. I don't think either one is leaps and bounds better than taco bell.
This proves the opposite. The ones being hurt by scholarship reductions and bowl bans are the students.
The way to punish the university is to hit them in the wallet and hurt their reputation. Both of which are unaffected by reducing the scholarship and bowl ban sanctions.
They are still...
Those sanctions were a blessing for PSU. Without them, we would still be suffering through Jay Paterno, Mike McQueary, and the rest of the terrible coaches on offense. Not to mention terrible recruiting.
Now we've got great recruits and coaches, and all it meant was 2 years without going to...
lol @ oculus. Will be useless since facebook acquisition. Hopefully Samsung can pick up where they left off.
Also, Google Glass isn't even trying to compete with Oculus/Samsung. They are totally different products.

Also, I went to Penn...
Uh.. that's why restaurants aren't supposed to dump cooking oil down the drain. They fill 50 gallon drums with used oil for proper disposal. At least that's what they're supposed to do.
My guess is most of this is from residential areas where people just dump anything and everything that's...
So basically just some random people setting up an OpenBTS radio in populated areas doing some phishing. Doesn't sound like a coordinated tin-foil hat worthy conspiracy.
For less than $1000 anyone can do the same.
That's what I was thinking. Had a third party detected and verified this I might buy into it a little more.
As it sounds now, they are just trying to scare people into buying their version of android.

If the answer is yes, then I agree, they should be paying you for that extra day.
