Agreed. I've had 4 elitebooks in my business for about a year. They have all worked flawlessly with no problems. I would definitley consider them a good value in the $1Kish price range. Of course i7 and ssd's will get the price up there too.
I went with hardware raid6 when I migrated from whs v1 to v1. But then again, my v1 was hardware raid5. I built a new machine so I just kept them on my network and copied them over.
On the other hand I said no to folder duplication and went straight RAID5 a few years ago on whsv1. Never had a problem. When I built my WHS2011 server I went RAID6. As long as you still backup important data.

I'll post a couple tonight. Went to bed at 11:20 and the array was at 10% initializing. Done when I checked in the morning at about 7:00. Only formats to a bit over 10Tb with 8 2TB drives in RAID6. I wish 2TB was 2TB :) Will try to do some testing this weekend. I stuck with a 64K stripe size.
