Looking at Laptops No price limit

a dell xps 2 will get about 2-3 hours. decent, not fantastic. alot of people report lcd sparkles though which might drive you crazy if you're gaming. you may want to check out the acer ferrari 4000 as well, that should get about 4 hours perf. if money is really no object the Falcon...

would you buy a laptop from ebay?

i wouldnt buy unless they're a verified member. which means they have to submit, name, address, credit card, phone #, and social security number or bank account. also only send the check to the same address as the one verified. that should weed out 99.9% of the scamers.

How fast are Pentium M processors?

could be he just wants one so he can download alot of emails or family pics and read them in his bunk. the time they have at the community PCs is limited. also have the benefit of using it near internet cafes w/ wifi & it doubles as an mp3/dvd player.
