Sounds like Idaho or Eastern Washington is a good fit for you. I live in Central Washington and it's a pretty red-state culture even though we're not a red state
So as I finish up college, I'm currently renting a house with 2 of my friends (one of which owns the house). It's a sweet deal and a pretty nice house. It's a split-entry house with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The downstairs isn't really underground, but that's where my...
What kind of question is that? I don't know anyone in 8th grade that takes trig/pre-calc.
Besides, math can get tough when you haven't taken a math course since 2002 back when I was in high school.
BTW, thanks for the all the feedback. I'm going to start working through them and post any...
Nevermind.
The main thing was my external HDD was not reading but the light was on. I realized that the USB 2.0 cable that came with it had 2 males on one end and 1 male on the other and that I was supposed to plug BOTH males on the one end into 2 separate USB ports. whoops.
Remember this.
BTW the light on the HDD turns on when plugged into the USB 2.0 ports.
My mouse doesn't work when I unplug it out of my onboard standard USB port and into a USB 2.0 port. Should it?
The USB ports do not work I guess. I just tried plugging my mouse and my printer into it and they aren't working. The PCI Card for the USB ports came w/ a disc with some drivers in some folders that are labeled VIA, NEC, and ALI. There is no auto-run or main installation.
As I mentioned...
Hello, I just received my USB 2.0 120GB External HDD in the mail and I can't seem to be getting it to detect.
I'm running Windows XP w/ SP3
I'm also using a PCI Card with USB 2.0 slots in it. I plugged it in, booted up my PC, and windows detected it and installed the drivers...
Okay, using the quotient polynomial from using synthetic division, I rewrite the equation except with one less power across the board (becomes 2x^4, etc) and using the numbers from the quotient. I do that twice because there are two real zeros. However this only brings it down to 2x^3 + the...
yeah supposedly by finding the zeros it will help simplify the equation somehow and I'm supposed to find the rest of the zeros after I "get to x^2"
I'm kinda lost too.
