Are ASROCk motherboards any good?

I think asrock is asus sister company. I think is a hit or miss kinda thing. I've had issues with both companies before. I personally like asus

Video card lookback Nvidia Geforce 4 Ti and 6600/6800 series

I had the Asus GT 6600 Extreme in SLi on Asus A8N SLi Deluxe/AMD 64 Athlon 3000+ AMD was the $hit at the time.

I am unable to get this motherboard Asus X99 Deluxe U3.1 to detect all 8 sticks of RAM. ONLY 6 sticks of ram. Window 10 > System: shows me only 23.9GB of memory CPUZ ID: Memory shows me 32GB size. SPD tells me it detected all 8 slots of memory each with default speed in different MHz...

Radiator Question

To cool 1 CPU, an Intel 5930k overclocked. All 3 radiator is about 60mm thick 1 is a 480 1 is a 360 1 is the ULTIMATE 560 Would temp performance be all the same? or bigger the better? Using low rpm fans, like under 1000 rpm.
