Dual boot with win98&mandrake 7.1

Yes, the current version of Linux-Mandrake 7.1 does support large hard drives. No, you cannot use fat32 for Linux. The file system linux uses is extf2. A third party utility like Partition Magic will help you setup up the correct partitions.
