Huge problem involving XP take a look!

FLashing the bios to 1093 (I think that's it, its the second to most recent) Let me install - so there is that much. I'll try memtest here in a bit, And im calling Fry's to see about a newe mobo. Thank god my grad party was a few days ago, i can afford this at least, and i got payed today...

It is onboard sound - And in 2k sound ... well sounds great, I don't have another mobo on hand, or CPU. Sigh, this is becoming a pain. I did get XP installed, and then it crashed, xp IS on the system. Now im getting Page_fault_in_nonpaged_Area Any other ideas? -Blue, and thanks for...

Ok taking the GPU out - no go. so now im going to do the bios flash idea and hope for the best. This is the most unsettling problem I have ever encountered in my life time with computers...normally I can solve problems on my own with little to no issue - this one is driving me mad...im...

Huge problem involving XP take a look!

I had xp running on my SLI system for about 4 months without any flaws...then one day is literally screamed at me (A high pitch horrible sound through the speakers) and from that moment on would not load XP properly. It would freeze when booted, I simply could not do anything whilst in XP...

Well, that link explains it all - ill give a fast summary: More or less the system will NOT boot XP, when it did it kept freezing, this randomly happened after 4 months of perfect computing. So, I reformatted, now I cannot install XP without getting various errors. Example is ACPI is not...

I'll try that in a minute Mech, i just got home.. You say get the most recent? I could try that - I think first Ill try with one Gcard, then if that doesnt work, load 2k...flash bios, Reformat, load xp...and pray. The problem with loading the Bios before I load 2k? Yea - no burner on...

Hmm, I have a sort of thought, that is to load 2k, flash my bios to the oldest version (The original)...and see what happens. I don't know why I feel that might work, my only guess is because It is saying my BIOS is not compatable with xp...Ill give this a shot, hell, at this point ill do...

Hah - yea this is getting out of hand, I turned the ACPI off - by pushing F7 like it says to do through Window's website. Well now it is doing the same thing it was, only im getting a "Bad_Pool_Caller" Stop: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007) Wow -Blue
