Maintain network with comptuer in sleep possible?

i agree with splice, get a router and it will save you money in the long run. I have a Netgear router with works really well. I also have three computers and always have access to the internet from any computer.

Cable or DSL?

If your cable is serviced by cablevision than definitly go for cable. Its also much cheaper than DSL.

Need help figuring out how to network my 2 computers...

all you need is to buy one netgear r314 router, two network cards and cat5 cable. Once you have these just follow the instructions from the router manual.

What do you think of the LiteOn LTD163 which is listed #1 among the DVD drives at CDSpeed2000.com for DAE. I couldn't find much users input on this one. Anyone have one of these drives and what do you think of it. Bluegi

what kind of geforce 3 is put into a Dell computer?
