Adaptec 3200s and RAID 5 -- How do I rebuild?

69 gig total. (three 35 gig drives). Days or Weeks?! 0.o And there's no status report on the progress. It comes up with two drives at 0,1,2 with being not formatted. The raid however says its using 1,2,4 with 4 being "missing"/

Troubleshooting Advice Needed

reimaged the machine. now it's worse off. won't boot windows. When it gets to the "want to do safe mode" prompt or when I try to boot a rescue CD, the keyboard stops working and the scroll lock, caps lock and num lock lights flash one to another. Like a christmas tree.

Troubleshooting Advice Needed

Clearing the CMOS did the trick with regards to the keyboard not working! :) Awesome. However, when I try to log in as administrator, and later I noticed after windows start to boot, the CPU fan stops spinning... :(

We've got all the windows copies we need. But they're XP copies. Which brings up an important point. We *do not* want to use the Vista install that comes on the outlet machines. At all. Is the hardware in new dells compatible and/or stable with XP?

I know that OU Organizational Unit doesn't mater with regards to the functionality of a SSL certificate. However, I need to know if Server Type makes a difference on whether or not that a cert works like it should aside from the way it's installed for that specific platform, like apache etc...
