I received a second Raspberry Pi board in the mail today. I'm happy to sell it to anyone for my cost. PM me if interested. I guess I got in two different queues for this.

I have mine up and running Debian Linux. Only problem I ran into was that it wouldn't boot with the first keyboard I tried - had to switch to an older MS keyboard. I posted details in the Hot Deals forum.
I got my Raspberry Pi up and running Debian Linux. I had to swap keyboards until I found one it liked. Total cost was just under $100 using an old monitor with a DVI connector.
