yay, finally got my new pc! :p

reformat again? lol i just installed this windows like, 2 hours ago O.o but i was having problems with this windows, i may have to get a new one, now, my power supply is 20pin, and the motherboard is 24 pin, i was told for now thats fine, could that be it? because when the pc locks up i cant...

Ok guys, i finally got my new pc today, everything installed fine, way better then my old pc.. but i'm wondering, every now and then while i am doing 2 things at once, like using bit comet and ares, etc, my pc starts to lock up, and everything loads very slow, it wouldnt even turn off. any...

question about the 7600gs, and overheating.

yeah it looks cool from the pics i saw, gets alot of good reviews, i was just gonna get the MSI model, but not sure yet, the 7600gs is the only card i can get right now, its just the matter of what company.

question about the 7600gs, and overheating.

sup guys, i wanna ask something about the 7600gs (pci-e) Ok, i read some stories about different versions of the 7600gs overheating a bit, getting a bit too hot. Now, if i never overclock anything in my pc (i am not in to overclocking) or never use SLI, would i have to worry about...

Poor DSL, dropped connections, must constantly reset / login to modem

woah guys, thats funny, i always have the same problem! (i live in montreal canada if it helps) a little story, i have been with 5 dsl companys (local in montreal) i kept switching companies, telling them why i am switching is because i keep losing connection to the internet, etc. so...

odd, i got a problem like that with burning stuff too, but only image files, it always fails at like 60-70%...

thanks a ton for the quick reply, just to note, 2 years ago i played ragnarok online for 19 hours straight, lol.. i can get the BFG, MSI, LEADTEK, etc, but i cant find the XFX version o.O more replies welcome.

Ok, like i said in other threads i am building a budget system (canada prices) I switched back and forth between video cards 50 times, i was gonna get the x700, then the 7300gs, then the x1600, then the 7600gs... I read every review i can find, i made like 20 threads here about it, and now...

if you HAD to pick one of these 3..

thanks guys, but no GT, its about 80$ more where i go, not right now, stop suggesting that card. i was looking at the pics on here: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/...m-details.asp?EdpNo=2185052&CatId=1560 and looking at the vid card, it doesnt look like my dell monitor will...

Ok, so i have been reading reviews on video cards all day, i was going to get the x1600pro (asus pci-e) and it seemed fine, but i hear people in reviews complaining about it, whats bad about it? also, if i get say, the 7600gs, it says SLI on the box, do i need a SLI motherboard even if i wont...

thanks for the reply, but like i said, no improvments right now, i get that system as is (still wondering which motherboard though) i can get another gig of ram weeks from now, i am not a extreme gamer who plays oblivion 10 hours a day, lol, so it should be fine. and the 2nd pc we are...
