I just called customer service again and they are backordered till 9/9/04.
The customer service rep. said she would mail me a PO so I will qualify for the rebate.

Well put just look at rite aid's rebate program. Nothing to mail in just enter your receipt info online and request your rebate at the end of the month. Now if only every rebate program worked that way.
