I bought it cause it was cheap, but now when then router is connected i can not access NewEgg web page, unless i by pass it? any help?

Router vs. Switch

I just want to basically set up a network. I got an old PC running so when my kids come over thiers no fighting over the new pc. I want to go cheap, but was wondering if a switch will do to share fines and both on the internet. Cable modem with 2 PC's

ReInstalling Windows

I reformatted my HD to reinstall win xp from 98, with disc in drive it is saying no os detected, and i'm booting from cd, can anyone help me with this?

New Mobo/ Win Re Install

I am getting a new Mobo, and want to re format my HD. Can I still use my same copy of Win XP that I activated on the same HD I'm going to Reformat/Install. Do I need to do anything special

Sempron Socket A BOX

On the Egg they are the same price?? Plus the Boxed is a Barton core which might be better, i just got the 2200, pretty nice for the price

Help with first build

yea it posted for a minute, now cant get monitor of the power save screen, no beep codes now cleared cmos and got beeps, need to know how to get them back?

Help with first build

ok, put everything together and nothing. unhooked everything but a fan it would come on, hook up hd, no dice. psu came with case, so went and got a new psu, hooked everything up, it started posting, then said safe mode and checksum error, then the monitor read save power mode. cant get it out...

ok thats cool i was looking at these http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=12-181-067&depa=0 and it's 100, i was thinking of 1 for hd, 1 for cd and a floppy and other cables looking at wraping wires
