why would i need to bump up the voltage to run DDR500 aka stock speeds? I would think it'd still take the stock 2.7 or 2.8v to run ddr500 as specified, right?

I'm trying to figure out why my RAM is so unstable during my overclock on the system in my sig. Here are some screenie's of the configuration:

yeah I've lowered it since then, that was just a quick test to see what it would do. That was @ 1.5v using an Artic Cooler Freezer 64 Pro in an Antec P180. I just need to find the sweet spot yet, takes time :)
I have an 0550 UPMW Opteron 165 that does 2.7ghz - I haven't truly tested stability yet, but Prime95 ran for about 15min so far stable with temps @ 65 C. I'm still working on it and will make a thread with results/suggestions so far. But I like my cpu so far, thats a 900mhz overclock!
