This is what I've been doin wit my life. My last brain operation was only February 13th, 2017. For my first brain operation on June 11th 2016 my family was told to say their final goodbyes 2 me. I was unwittingly deadlifting 700lbs back then whilst hemorrhaging from my brain. lel. Neva forget...

What happens when fat stores are depleted?

Agreed 1000%. I was down to 7% and felt like absolute crap with sub-optimal energy levels. Eventually my endocrine system was impacted and started to feel flu-like symptoms. The only thing that helped was consuming way more fats, especially coconut oil. Now I drink around 4 ounces of coconut oil...

Been lifting for over a decade. Only took a brief break once. It's like brushing my teeth or combing my hair at this point. For me, it's more about current quality of life than overall longevity. I mean, you and I could both be hit by buses tomorrow. :D
