HOWTO: Use Linksys WRT54G as a wireless ethernet bridge

Hey So I have a question... I went to flash my v4 wrt54g, and everything went cool...but when i tried to flash it with hyperwrt... It craped out... I don't know if there was a surge or not, but the power is blinking non stop... I can't ping the router either... Is there a fix... ? ;(

WD 120 gig Caviar reads as 2 Terabyte Drive

Well i had to return my buddies external, so I will get that back from him, and take some pics. Yeah this was really weird. I have used over 50 of these drives, never had any problems. But i can't even google this one...

So i used this drive in my GFs machine for about a month, and had a bunch of stuff save on it. i through it in an enclsure, got everyting needed, and then decided to format it and wipe it clean... I go into the management utility in windows, and it says there is 2 sections to the hard drive, 1...

Weird AMD 2500 Overheat Question...

It is a biostar 210V, and I am using the stock all copper heatsink, with Artic Silver for paste. Voltage is set to 1.65... This has certainly got me stumped, i wonder if it is a flawed chip?

Weird AMD 2500 Overheat Question...

Yes absoultley positive...in fact... I pulled it and put it on to another mobo..left it running with Prime95 for about an hour last night...watching the temp. I slowly creeped up to about 55 deg cel. then out of no where it shot down to the high 20's...never really went higher after...

Weird AMD 2500 Overheat Question...

A customer of mine has been having issues with an over heating AMD Barton 2500. I checked it out and the CPU gets to like 75 degrees cel. and then it powers off... All the fans are working properly, I know it is the cpu, because i installed a different one into his Biostar Barebone and it works...

Bizzare hard drive failure

I was on my computer this morning, and there was a brief power failure, less than half a second. However, the computer didn't seem to be affected, didn't flicker and kept on running. However my router needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. I still had no internet so I restarted my...

Does a High Res TV Tuner Card Exist

I just got an xbox, and i have never had a tv, nor do i want one, becuase i live in a college dorm. I just want to run my tv tunner in a higher res so the graphics look better. 720x6XX doesn't look good at all. But do these cards exist. I know must tvs dont' put out higher than 800x600 res...

Is it Worth upgrading 9600Pro to 9800Pro?

you won't see much of a difference, just wait until the new gen cards come down in price...my 6800 non gt and x700 pro kill my old 9800...
