nvidia 23.11 drivers!!!!!!!!!!!

So can this error occur whilst in win xp aswell? Cos my computer seems to restart itself whilst on the desktop aswell!!!!

I have the nvidia 23.11 drivers, I have unfortunately managed to get into an "infinite loop", this is causing the computer to restart continuously before I have the chance to work around it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions????

Yeah the first time I took the heatsink off It looked like the green whatever it was had melted onto the core ( which I scratched off the core aswell ). What i'm really wondering is, is it partly the fault of the store for selling me a crap heatsink and fan?
