I have a Sandisk U5000 32gb SSD that's running very slow on a Dell Latitude XT, I need to wipe the cells clean to restore it, Does anyone know of any utilities that'll do that?

A 750GB drive with a 5 year Warranty (Seagate) or 3 years (Samsung) goes for 100$ including shipping. The 16$ in Savings IS NOT WORTH IT, if you really need the 16$ buy a 640GB and call it a day.
