How can I clean a ZIP (PATA) SSD

I have a Sandisk U5000 32gb SSD that's running very slow on a Dell Latitude XT, I need to wipe the cells clean to restore it, Does anyone know of any utilities that'll do that? Thanks.

let me be the first one to rain on your parade !!! A 750GB drive with a 5 year Warranty (Seagate) or 3 years (Samsung) goes for 100$ including shipping. The 16$ in Savings IS NOT WORTH IT, if you really need the 16$ buy a 640GB and call it a day.

I can't change the refresh rate on my Monitor

I'm running a Iiyama Vision Master 510 on a radeon X600 SE, I can't change the Refresh rate above 75Hz on any resolution But 1600*1200 (85Hz), I've tried it with a X850XT and a X300Se and I still have the same problem.
