At this point in time I guess I will stick with my CRT but it is nice to know that they are now making 120 HZ LCD's. Also good to know that in fact the 120 hz does make a big difference and that response time is not the same as hz. I will def wait for the price to go down but it's good to...

Suggestion for gaming monitor

In CRT montiors 120 hz means the screen is updated at 120 FPS. It is a lot smoother then 60 hz which is only updated 60 FPS. I have been told many times (although now I'm beginning to think they are wrong) that in LCD the 60 hz was just there but had no reflection on the smoothness, only...

Good wireless adapter for gaming?

Turn off request response by default in outlook?

Is there a way to do this? Every time you create a new meeting request by default request response is on. Is there a way to turn that off in the settings?

Outlook issue

Dragged a folder from one to the other, outlook is not responding but the pst keeps getting bigger if I end outlook will the file I drug still be there or will it be messed up? Does outlook make sure it copies everything before it would delete the original?

Issue with gateway GM5089E

I'm helping someone with their computer. I'm installing a new video card for them, up until this point they have been using onboard. I bought new PCI-E VIDEO card and stuck it in the machine and when I boot windows will boot up like normal, I still use the onboard but it will not recognize...

Windows vista, disappearing local ports

I installed a printer, added local port \\computer\printer it printed fine. Reboot vista, printer is offline and when you go into ports the port I just added \\computer\printer is totally gone and no ports are checked for the printer. I tried adding a different printer, different drivers...

e100b325.sys problem

When I boot up a get a blue screen in normal mode. When I boot into safe mode with networking, the computer seems to work fine. I have analysed the dumb files and they all point to this Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. BugCheck 100000D1, {0, 2, 8, 0}...

Freezer trick

Hehe, well they aren't my HD's actually. The freezer trick did not work for me. Same exact issue, computer becomes unresponsive while trying to access the drive with any program I try to use. Oh well, I guess I will just let the drive sit for a while and hope that in a couple of days...
