How good is SimpleTech notebook memory?

Just wondering how good simpletech 512mb pc2700 ram is? I was thinking about buying some for my laptop.

Compusa 160GB 100ATA HD WD AR $59

Just wondering what the difference is between 2 mb cache and 8 mb cache. Would this be a good hard drive for being a sole hard drive for a computer I'm building? Would this hard drive work good if I put it in an enclosure and dedicated it to my portable laptop storage hard drive for a PVR...

I'm glad I posted this on anandtech. I was going to buy this. Somehow I looked over the fact that it is not USB 2.0 which was the whole point. I wanted an enclosure for extra storage for my laptop. This would have definitely did me no good. Thanks for the replies and help.

Saw this enclosure on computergeeks.com. Looks pretty good to me, especially with the LCD that has a temperature monitor and fan speed (and alarm). Link Is this deal hot or not? $26 + $6 ship = $32

External TV Tuners?

Hauppage makes an external TV tuner for 200. it comes with a remote as well. USB 2.0 will work fine. Check out this link. Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 Seems to be the best out there. NOTE: Don't personally own one, but will when I get the money.

Yes, it has firewire and USB 1.1 ports. I just got my PCMCIA 4 port USB 2.0 card in the mail today.
