Media Play in Columbus, Ohio has clearance prices on Nike PSA 60 mp3 players. Most stores sell these devices (32mb upgradable with mmc) for about $169. They come with a graphic equalizer, wired remote, software, and belt clips. This is the device you can wear on your arm.

Warm? IBM ThinkPad X20 C/500 $799

"Expensive floppy alternatives" allow me to keep photos from my digital camera on the same memory device as my mp3s, and my Pocket PC data, games, and back up files. I can keep an extra storage device in my wallet without noticable bulk.
