Help converting a txt log file into a table format

I'm collecting logs of cheaters from a gaming server which detects them. I'm looking for a way to convert the txt file into some sort of table .. whether in html or excel format.. or even anything else if it comes to that! Here is a sample of the log: Fri Dec 07 18:46:45 2001 Name...
