I am interested in this laptop but need good build quality. Like the dell XPs 15. Specifically I like the rigidity of the dell screen- like MacBooks of old. The screen gets a lot of abuse and I dislike the flexy nature of a lot of the new thin laptops.
After some research, it seems I need a VM running a macOS to connect to my iPhone. The 'Your Phone' app on windows can connect to the iPhone but offers NO FUNCTIONALITY.
In the good old days, I could use my pc to dial phone numbers through a modem. I had a mic and speakers and basically could make phone calls hands free through a pc. How do I do this today with a cell phone? Yes I know windows and Apple allow me to link the iphone to the pc but that is only for...
thank you. obviously it's Steam (their client for game purchasing/management) I've kept an eye on this - it still happens. I'm guessing the client updates itself periodically (pretty often actually). I'm in the US so I guess some load balancer is sending it abroad.
When my pc starts up, I see a lot of network traffic by 'system' to 162.254.196.68. It eventually calms down but I was concerned. There are no unidentified processes running in task manager (but that doesnt mean much since a rootkit can hide its existence) PC scans clean with malware bytes, eset...
The bench unit runs fine. Multimeter shows 12 v when it's dialed in and probes connected to outputs. Voltage is set to 12 and the current limiter is all the way turned right. However, connecting the red wire of the fan lead to the red terminal and the black wire of the fan lead to the black...
Jim sure sounds like a bot. Non English obviously. But how does a bot get an account here? Does it not have to successfully satisfy the registration requirements? The captcha, etc?
Although HBM promises a lower energy consumption for greater bandwidths, this is only part of what makes video card. The GPU itself with its thousands of cores is where the 'action'is. Just because a video card uses HBM, doesnt mean it will be faster, or will it? Is the thermal throttling that...
Can EM emission spikes in the radio bands (as measured by the VLA
http://www.vla.nrao.edu or Spektr https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spektr-R) be correlated with the transit of planets as detected by Kepler? Or is the noise of the star too great? Just listening to 'space radio' of course has...
