I concur. Even the Thinkpad T40 was a bit much after a full day trudging around campus. If you are going to travel a lot, IBM X-series plz. Every pound counts.
I was carrying it under my arm and I guess my zipper left a few light scratches in the screen. Is there any way I can buff it out or fill it or something? :(
The two slot ones that go <- -> may be your best bet. I would suggest you look for a different wireless card. I know the Orinoco cards are shaped so one side is completely flat and only the other side (facing upwards) stick up.
I can do it with the full path, but I used to able to do it using just folder name\
i.e. on desktop there is a folder called photos, so I hit start->run->photos\ and it opens :(
I keep a lot of folders on desktop and access it via start->run->folder name. I used it all the time pre-sp2 but since sp2, this is the one feature that has broken for me. Anyone else experience similar behaviour?
It exhibits a little weirdness too. For instance;
Start->Run->Desktop works...
Here's another player that uses CF. It's pretty nice but I guess with iPod mini's and Muvo's for around 200 there's not much point :P
