DVI is so much better.
1) You never have to adjust the screen.
2) Signal does not get degraded from being converted from digital to analog and back to digital.
3) DVI gives you a pixel perfect picture exactly the way it was ment to be seen since the digital signal is untouched.
I did the same thing. I used pc2700 for about a week untill my pc3200 came. I didnt even really notice much of an overall performance increase with pc3200.
Why not just go to Target and get it for $37 or less? Just get a rain check for any OOS game and you can use the %off on doom 3....So easy, and Target is loaded with Doom 3 copies...
You will never get 6.4gb out of your memory because your memory must be refeshed all the time and during refreshing the system can not read or write to it. Where do you think memory timing comes from....Exp, 2-3-3 timings... the less time the memory needs to be refreshed the more time it has to...
Seriously, how much better can audio get? Dosnt matter how much research and development you put into audio cards. Its all over. Sound cards have reached their limit and its never going to get any better untill we as humans evolve with bionic ears......
