i gotta also mention that for 299, after a 200$ rebate i get a 19 inch LCD with DVI connection... thats a damn good price and i think that should probably weigh in, right?

right well i dont play FPS games mostly just use it for video editing, internet,m and sports games liek tiger woods or madden or whatever woudl 25ms be alright for these games? i alot of peopel seem to think FPS are the only games that really suffer from 25ms thanks a lot

is a 25ms response time on a 19 inch lcd going to be horrible with ghosting? should i get a 17 inch with a faster response time???

which ram to buy

i have an athlon64 3200 1mb l2 cache socket 754 with msi k8t neo fis2r mobo... these are the 3 ram sticks i am looking at... which would be the best to buy? price difference is not a really big deal obviously... http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=20-220-018&depa=1...

what kind of ram?

hey i have about $150-175 for some new ram... i want to try to get 2 512mb sticks of 3200 but im not sure about all the timings and such... if its too much i could get a 512 and a 256 with some fast timings as opposed to a gig with sloower timings... any suggesitons or deals?

gaming fps issues

yah the 4280 is just 4200 with 8x AGP and 128mb ram but the ram was 500mhz as apposed to the usual 128 which was i believe 444... still no where near the 9800 pro... the drivers just seem to suck im using omegas right now, the newest version and they seem to be doing well

sorrry... tried 4.9 4.8 is worse., bout to try 4.7 so far 4.9 is best but not good

alright i tried 4.9 and its even worse... i have concluded thATI has pathetic drivers... my GF4ti 4280 outperformed my 9800 pro how pathetic...

helloooo... i have an athlon 64 3200+ 1mb L2, 768 pc2700 value ram, 7200 maxtor 120gb hard drive, and a 9800 pro and yet tiger woods golf is still choppy... doom 3 however is not, nor is far cry... ii think my system shoudl be able to run tiger on 1024 x 768 x 16 with the other video options...

haha ok? that almost made sense i guess... dont even know who that was too... if you saw my case you would realize there are wat too many thing interfering with what would be a normal air flow caused by blowing air... amazing how i can build several computer and yet i apparently dont know as...

so i shoudl get one of those cans of air? the only thing i dont get about that is where am i expecting the dust to go? to different parts of my case? i want that crap out!!! or is it even harmful? i cant imagine it being good for the computer...
