rebate check mis-spelled my last name

With checks unless it's over a certain amount (either $15,000 or $1,500, I forget which) they don't even bother verifying signatures! Also, when you deposit in an ATM, if you're off in your own favor by less than $1.00 they don't fix it. It's amazing what banks do, much to your detriment in...

Amazon Gold Box - Possible Contents

When Amazon said it was targetting products to customers based on past purchases, it probably pulls from a pool of products it's looking to unload. Since the pool right now is probably smaller since they just started it, it probably doesn't seem like they're targetting anything. It's funny...

mouse and keyboard freeze in Win ME

i tried to go USB with the mouse, no shock, but windows would crash on startup. no other indication anything was wrong.

Air can, don't wanna wipe stuff unless it's like dust on the casing itself. You don't want like the paper catching on something and breaking it, that'd be unfortunate.

mouse and keyboard freeze in Win ME

The mouse and keyboards inexplicably freeze from time to time without any apparent rhyme or reason. I'm using IBM's Active keyboard and a MS IntelliMouse. I know the entire machine doesn't freeze because time keeps going and apps continue to run (I get IMs). Any ideas? jim

This movie was incredible. I had only read fellowship and I was kind of afraid that they wouldn't do a good job but thank god for incredible seamless CG and some great actors. I've never seen a movie more than once in the theaters but I'd definitely see this again, it's an incredible experience...
