check your monitor cable. Seriously.
I wasted baout 2 hours with a similar problem, including a trip to best buy to get an ultra cheap pci-e vid card until i realized what it was. The dvi cable was slightly loose on the monitor (not card) causing no display. Never before have i been so happy...
ok so i disabled c1e and eist and set 400 x 8 reboot
now i'm getting correct display in cpuid but computer properties and coretemp both tell me something different.
Which one is accurate? this is just wierd
-edit : well i just ran 3dmark with no problems, and i'm at stock voltage...
