I'm on Windows 7 and it's stuck on the Starting Windows screen for about 30 seconds before starting. I hear the hard drive do the click/power on sound then it works. It's an SSD. Safe mode also takes about 30s before loading.

I use this online tool to check: http://www.canyouseeme.org. Every port I try is blocked.
I also use an offline tool called Simple Port Tester. Here it shows the ports I've opened as open.
Sorry for the confusion. I currently have the parts listed (reusing them) except for the CPU and memory; planning to get the latter two.
I might go for a i5 4670K bundle; it actually seems cheaper that way.
