New Daily Driver - '15 WRX - Q&A Welcome

Nice car! I was debating between a rally blue WRX or a tornado red '15 GTI. I went with the VW personally due to availability, but a coworker of mine (rally blue STI owner) and I take turns drooling over each other's cars daily.

Whatever storage solution I buy is going to serve as my backup, so I'd prefer RAID I think for peace of mind. I've even considered something like a WD MyBook Duo and converting it to RAID 1, although I'm not sure how convenient that would be if a drive failed.

I bought an Asus Xonar D2X years ago because my onboard just didn't sound right. I've never regretted it. I'm no audiophile, but I like my music to sound decent.
