6GB of ram only showing 4GB

Try going to System Configuration and under advanced options, uncheck the maximum memory option. Restart and see if that helps.

Well, I'm been having problems playing games on this computer due to a constant black screen. Tech support is telling me I have a power supply issue. It is necessarily bad for the +12v value to be 10.37v? They said it should fall under 11.96 and 12.35. Anyway to increase this value? I...
