What mobo to buy?

No not really. I would like to get one that has the SATA, dual channel memory ( amount of memory doesn't matter), gigabit lan ( although not really sure what advantage I would get). I might O\C, but at the speeds of the chips these days I will most likely keep it at stock speed. also looking for...

What mobo to buy?

Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade my mobo and not sure what to buy. Any recommendations. I'm looking at the Asus A7V8X-E Deluxe, Asus A7V880 or maybe the Abit AN7. Now I'm not set with any of these, but is just what I'm looking at right now. My budget is not very much as well. Thanks, Chevy

As far as I know if you use Partition Magic and make a partition the OS and all installed programs stay together. Like... if you have MP3's or digital photos or files that aren't installed to Win98, you can move them to the new partition. If you are going to use the upgrade version not sure what...

ICQ on XP with two different users

Hi all, I've just done a clean install of XP pro and I have a user account for myself and a second for my wife. We want to install ICQ and use her user name on her account and I want use mine on my account. Can this be done? If so, how? Chevy. :):)

Dual booting 98se and XP.

Yo! I just wanted to try out XP and see how it was. I like it!! :):) I have installed Bootmagic 7 and have followed the config. instuctions. When I reboot I get the Bootmagic screen, it asks what I want to do 98se or XP, I choose XP and then it just hangs there. The HD doesn't spin up at all...
