DRAM owners can claim a minimum refund of $10 in epic $310 million settlement

The proof of claim form refers to a class called "small claims". It seems to be based on the points or whatever calculated in Table 1. But I can't readily find what point level pertains to "small claims". Anyone come across that anywhere?

Can't ping router or access net even though IP add assigned

Edit: I tried rebooting the router but this time left it unplugged for a few minutes. It appears to be functioning perfectly now. So that seems to have solved the problem, even though I'm still perplexed at what caused it in the first place. I've got a half dozen pcs and devices hard wrired...

Thanks crobusa! It always could see the server printer. The address for the the server printer was correct, so I didn't mess with it. But I just deleted it, rebooted, and then searched for it and added it again. Works like a charm. Something I did on the server must have changed something...

I went thru everything in the article, even the stuff it said applied only to XP Professional. I suspect it has not been updated since before SP2 as there were some surpises based on the conent of the article. I turned off the firewall on PC2. I also discovered that username "Guest" was...

Trouble Printing to Printer Connected to Another PC

Its a Canon S82 inkjet. I'm pretty sure it worked with my prrevious setup, but my wife's (PC#2) Dell 4500 croaked nand I replaced it with a 4700. I don't think its a hardware issue. It seems like PC1 thinks the printer is directly connected and is not even sending the print job to the network.

I'm running two Dell PCs running WinXP Home SP2 thru a router. The printer on PC#2 is set for sharing and shows up fine on PC#1. I tried printing from PC#1 to a printer on PC#2, but nothing makes it there and the print spool (spoolsv.exe) on #1 runs interminably gobbling 95+% of my system...

anybody know where i can get this black desktop case?

I doubt if its much help, but this case appears to be an Antec KS-780B. If its not, it is and identical knockoff. I think Antec must have discontinued it some time back.

Thanks! My minimum memory Dell's arrived today and this was just the ticket. The Staples up the road had two, and now I do. They both have Samsug chips, one has 4 and the other 8, both of them have TCBO on them. I don't know a lot about memory. Why are the Samsung TCBO chips desireable?
