Anyone used the ECS K7VTA3 v.5.0???

Just to clarify, I didn't change boards. Frys gave me this one istead of the K7s5a that was supposed to come with the combo. So I'm guessing there won't be too much overclocking ability with this board :(.

Anyone used the ECS K7VTA3 v.5.0???

I just went to Fry's to pick up the AMD XP 2100+ and ECS E7S5A pro and they ended up giving me the K7TVA3 instead. The specs are Here. Anyone know if I will be able to overclock with this board? I would try myself but I don't have the ram for it yet. Any comments you have about this board...

Hey everyone, I just picked up one of these at the Manhattan Beach Fry's and it was indeed a Tbred B chip. The markings are AIUHB 0250MPM. The best part of the deal was that instead of the k7s5a they gave me a K7VTA3. This board has onboard raid, firewire, ATA 133, and uses the KT333 chipset...

Sandisk 128meg CF 34.99 & Sandisk 128meg MS 39.99 after $5 instant rebate at Costco

yea the memory stick deal seems pretty hot if there are no rebates to deal with. Amazon has the lexar deal for 30 after rebates but I already used up both of the allowed rebates so I might go check this out at costco. Thanks for the deal.

HOT: Canon S230 with 256MB CF for $378.46 AR - DELL

I just got the camera a few days ago and hven't noticed any real problems with the shutter lag. It's a little over half a second on average, slightly worse than my olympus d-230, but not long enough to be an annoyance. Overall the camera is great.

A couple of Fry's Black Friday Deals

I got the FAR digital media/usb bay thing at the frys in santa clara. The guy didnt give me a rebate form, he just had me write my name on an envelope and he put the rebate reciept in it. He said I should get it in a few days. I'm kind of worried though, as this seems like a shady way to...
