F@H: Been away for a while... Need help/hints

I'm checking in also. Thanks for starting this thread. I have not been following the new clients and am excited to hear about the SMP. I am going to update to it on my E6300 unit at home. Do I need to delete the old client first?

Hey Team, Thought I'd check in after the holidays. Got a PS3 up and running now. Quick question. I was amazed at caferace's huge climb, so I looked at his Kakao stats page and see that his WU's generate 1700 pts each, where mine are still at 200-500. Since I don't check in here that...

Nacelle, I may not have followed, but did you reboot after installing the program? It will not automatically start as a service until you reboot.

Thanks for the updates GLeeM :thumbsup: I got a e6300 to replace my A64 3000+. Of course it is crunching two 2124 units that take forever. I also have temporary use of an Intel D805 unit that is also crunching two 2124's. Hopefully, the week will end strong. :D

Recommend a set of headphones

My wife and I have the HD-590 and HD-280. 590's are open, so when she is listening to her music very loud, I can hear it well enough to sing along with her. the 280's are closed, and i can't hear her music at all. So, she uses the 280's in the living room with her laptop, while I use...

Want to start F@H...

The Zalman VF900 gets good reviews, and comes stock on a couple of higher end X1950pro's. You don't mention what case you have, but it sounds like you need to get air out, not necessarily blow more in. So, if you put a side fan in, try it both directions. If you are not too concerned...
