Need a small hosting company for a small non-profit

Just bought my first house.... Me alone. Slightly over 1600 sqft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Maybe a bit much for 1 person, but I enjoy my space.

Ugh, okay you guys forget or didn't realize that this USED TO BE a free service. It was never something you had to PAY for. Whether it costs $1 or $50, when a free service becomes a paid service, it's an inconvenience.

I've done it in the past without a charge, used to be a confirmation sent to the old address and that was all. Seems more like an easy way to collect $ to me.

I used to be able to walk in, fill out a form and have all my mail redirected to my new address. Now they make you go online and pay $1 to have this happen. What BS. >:(

I think the objective would be to keep this guy off her back... Knowing what the penalty for his infraction would be, may help? Obviously taking the issue further, through court of law enforcement would be damaging to their relationship (sister & BF).. But let's say worse-case scenario occurs...

Yes, I'm aware it's not legal, and from searching Google the only authorized use without permission appears to be through the IRS or a Government agency (police, FBI) through the Patriot Act, under the suspicion of terrorism. I'm not with her 24/7, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't fit that bill.

So, long story short, my sister is involved in a relationship with a guy who's father is former law enforcement. For whatever reason, the father seems to detest my sister. He has told her she's not welcome to any of their family events, and just recently he managed to pull my sisters credit...
