    I never did any overclocking. Also, I was using EVGA's monitoring software as I had heard about ASUS's software causing issues. The card worked fine for about 6 weeks, then up-and-seemingly died on me! It was great while it worked-- insanely cool temps and very quiet-- but for anyone reading...

    Yeah, I'm getting the exact same thing as the OP. I've tried everything under the sun to alleviate the problem too. Really hoping I don't have to RMA. I'm still holding out for a fix!
