I am looking to build a small portable SFF for a photo booth business I have. When hauling all kinds of gear around I look to make every item as small and light as possible. I also don't have a huge budget so I am looking to make it fairly inexpensive :)

That was going to be the only thing I was going to try if someone didn't come up with a "all you got to do is dip the motherboard in HCL then hit it with a 5 sec burst of Hulk producing gamma rays under a waxing moon in Burbank..."
I have a 60gb PS3 that gave no warning, I just tried to turn it on and nothing happened. The green power light comes on and stays on unless you switch it off from the back or unplug it.
I have tried cleaning it out but there wasn't really much dust in it.
I tried holding down the power switch...
I got it all up and running, sorry no pics yet for those who would be interested. I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and pay $40 for the Party Booth software to seal the deal.
The printing thing seems like a very simple program to write:
1. file arrives at print server
2. use default printer
3. use default settings
4. wait for another.........
but people want all kinds of money for this, seems I am in the wrong line of work.
I'll put some real work into this...
I am looking to create a DIY photo booth for a friends grad party. I have some ideas and a fair amount (if not all) of the required hardware and the main software package I would like to use.
I would like some ideas for any aspect of the idea you feel would make it better.
The Hardware...
4 rubber bands looped around the drive (2 "long" on each side) with a loop from each going out a hole on the side of the cage and looped around a crossbrace (like a pencil) so the drive is suspended in mid-air.
Have only turned on TV once in the last 4 years, happened to stumble upon an episode of Rock of Love, watched it, turned it off again and never watched since then. Do not regret it one bit, so much more free time to do other things. The only downside is that I get screwed on my internet bill...
