help video problem here

not all the time, and I manage to load with no artifacts up til desktop, but when I run Start or any programs, big time artifacts shows up

i have an antec 480W 2HDD, 2 DVD drive and when I tested the videocard on another computer, it was a dell with 250W and worked great

-used another DVI cable -used my ti4200 DVI plug instead of the video those 2 worked great. my feeling is that its mobo problem, my a7n8x-dlx must not like ATI cards the ati card loads to the windows desktop no problem now, but as soon as I run another program or press the start button...

3dmark 2k1 Fill rate problem

Is this o/c cpu running too high? w/ picture

too lazy to download memtest86 and burn it right now :P, how big is it BTW? by memory locking, I mean it wouldnt even run the BIOS and all I can hear from the Vocal Post: System Failed Memory Test

sweet, its always a great feeling to meet someone on the net from the same city. and i gave up increasing the fsb, max i could get was 166 both FSB and MF. I tried even running at 200x10.5 with RAM speed at 83%, still the memory would lock. guess all I can do is save some money for a pc3200

why, is my mobo temp too low? I live in calgary, canada, and temp outside is probably around 15C I wish i vould bring my FSB higher than 166/168, but the ram is holding me back :(

picture of CPUID and AsusProbe its a tbredB xp2100+, fsb cant go higher than 168 or memory will lock. is it dangerous running at that speed only with air cooling? temp is around 32C

yeah sorry but anyway fixed the problem. found out that it wouldnt run at higher than 172mhz FSB

I accidentally set on the BIOS chipset menu the Graphics Aperture Size to 128m instead of default 64m. Now when trying to start the PC all i hear is the vocal Post "System failed memory test" , the monitor stays blank and wont pass through and go to the BIOS. Tried booting it holding f5 or...
